Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how VPNZe handles information when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Processing is limited to account delivery, order fulfillment, service operation, security protection, and necessary website analytics. Please read these rules before continuing to use the service.

Data Collected and Its Uses

No email address is required to create an account. Users create accounts with a username and password, so VPNZe does not require a registration email. Account data is used to verify identity, maintain login sessions, display subscription status, and support plan, client, and ticket-related actions.

Order records may include the selected item, order amount, payment status, creation and completion times, and transaction identifiers returned by the payment channel. This information is used to confirm payments, deliver subscriptions, process refund requests, reconcile accounts, and resolve order disputes. Traffic usage and subscription validity are also processed within the account to enforce the selected plan and display remaining benefits.

The marketing website may process analytics such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, approximate region, and error events. This data is used to check whether pages load correctly, identify unusual requests, improve page structure, and understand content usage. It is not used to create cross-site browsing profiles.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNZe follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, which applications they use, or which queries they submit, and it does not inspect or store content transmitted through encrypted connections. The service does not create browsing histories that could be used to reconstruct an individual’s online activity.

To establish connections, assign routes, calculate plan traffic, and troubleshoot issues, the system may temporarily process necessary technical events during operation. These events are used only for the current session, security protection, or troubleshooting, and are not retained as long-term connection logs that identify personal activity. Once the relevant purpose is complete, temporary data is removed from active systems. Security or dispute records that must be retained by law are handled only to the extent required.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. This data keeps account sessions active, restores user choices, and reduces repeated actions. It is not used to record content accessed through international routes.

Users can clear local data through their browser. After it is cleared, login status and interface preferences may reset, and some account features may require verification again. Blocking necessary storage may also prevent the user panel from maintaining a session.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

VPNZe supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel, which receives the account credentials and channel-side verification information required for payment under its own rules. VPNZe typically receives only the transaction results needed to complete an order, such as the order identifier, amount, status, and necessary reconciliation details.

Payment channels have their own privacy policies and data retention practices. Users should read the applicable rules before entering a channel page or confirming a transfer. VPNZe uses information returned by payment channels only as needed for order fulfillment, refund processing, risk controls, or account reconciliation.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is retained while the account remains active so that subscription and support features can continue. Order and transaction records are retained as needed for fulfillment, refunds, dispute handling, financial reconciliation, and applicable obligations. Analytics and security events are kept only for the period needed to complete analysis, protection, or troubleshooting. After these purposes end, data is deleted, de-identified, or aggregated.

To delete an account or data associated with it, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the ticket center. Account verification may be required before processing to prevent unauthorized requests. If some records relate to an unfinished order, refund, dispute, or applicable obligation, those records will be deleted under the relevant rules after the matter is resolved.

This policy may be updated when service processes, technical measures, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Important changes involving data uses or user choices will be explained through visible notices on the site. The updated policy applies to data processing carried out after publication.
