These terms apply to the cross-border network access and international route subscription services provided by VPNZe. By visiting this website, creating an account, starting a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any provision, stop using the relevant website, client, and subscription services.
Service Scope and Features
VPNZe provides subscription services for cross-border access, international websites, and improved international network links, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available routes, client features, and subscription status are determined by the user panel.
Connection performance may be affected by the user's local network, carrier routing, device settings, target service policies, and route maintenance. VPNZe may change node entry points, connection methods, and client configurations for operational, security, or service adjustment needs. Such changes do not alter the basic usage rights of an active subscription.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription actions, route connections, and ticket submissions made through their account. If credentials are exposed or an unusual login is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support unlimited simultaneous devices, but use is limited to the account holder and devices under their reasonable control. Do not publicly disclose account credentials, subscription information, or configuration content; split-reselling, renting, bulk distribution, or providing shared access to unspecified parties is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for access issues and losses caused by public sharing, resale, or inadequate credential protection.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and use context, as well as the rules of target websites or applications. The service must not be used for fraud, system intrusion, malware distribution, data theft, intellectual property infringement, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
Users must not disrupt routes, nodes, websites, or the normal operation of the user panel, or conduct unauthorized automated probing, resource abuse, attack testing, or attempts to evade account controls. Upon receiving a valid compliance request, or finding conduct that could affect service security or other users' normal access, VPNZe may apply necessary access restrictions and risk controls.
Availability and Liability
VPNZe schedules maintenance and adjustments based on route conditions, but does not guarantee continuous access to any particular route, region, or third-party service. Planned maintenance, unexpected failures, upstream network changes, device compatibility issues, target service rule changes, public network congestion, and events beyond reasonable control may temporarily interrupt connections or change functionality.
Users should save important configurations and business data themselves and confirm connection status before important operations. For indirect losses caused by user devices, network conditions, incorrect configurations, third-party changes, or events beyond VPNZe's reasonable control, liability is handled under applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Account Restrictions and Termination
In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious resource consumption, system disruption, false payment information, or a serious breach of these terms, VPNZe may restrict features, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account. Before or after taking action, VPNZe may provide an explanation in the user panel based on the level of risk; when verification is needed, users may provide account and order information through a ticket.
Users may stop renewing and stop using the service. After account termination, expired subscription and route access rights will no longer be provided. Orders, payment records, and security records that must be retained by law will be handled under applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Refunds and Term Changes
A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. Submit refund requests through a ticket in the user panel and provide information that can verify the relevant order. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route; delivery timing depends on the payment processing procedures of Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT.
VPNZe may update these terms due to service changes, legal requirements, or operational rule changes. Updates will be published on this page and the last-updated date will be changed accordingly. Material changes affecting user rights or obligations may be announced on the website or in the user panel. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance; users who disagree may stop using the service and submit eligible requests under the refund terms then in effect.
