Streaming use-case labels

Then assess data consumption

The user panel handles plan selection and payment. Before paying, check the plan name, price, and data rules rather than looking only at the payment amount. For a mid-cycle upgrade, also verify the remaining days after the price difference is applied.

Complete payment and check the status

Start a refund request from the order details. Open the user panel, find the relevant plan and order, submit the information to be handled, and keep your payment record. If you have both a monthly plan and a data bundle, clearly identify which one the request concerns to avoid an order mismatch.

Track processing progress in the user panel after submitting your request. Refund terms and plan prices are separate: monthly activation-date resets, upgrade-price conversion, and the never-expiring data-bundle rule do not change the 7-day no-questions-asked refund stated on this page.

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Use your own activation date as the cycle starting point rather than the calendar month. This applies to the 60GB, 250GB, and 500GB monthly plans.

Can I upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle?

Yes. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Open the user panel to review the amount due, confirm the plan and remaining period, then complete payment.

Do data bundles expire?

Data bundles last until used and never expire. They do not reset monthly, making them suitable for users with irregular usage who prefer to control their own consumption pace. This rule applies to the 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB data bundles.

How many devices can use one plan at the same time?
